Renowned British promoter Frank Warren has won the purse bid to stage the Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte WBC World heavyweight title fight with an offer of over $41million.
Thus, Fury’s next fight will be against Whyte, and not against the holder of all other heavyweight titles Oleksandr Usyk, as all the media have repeatedly mentioned.
According to preliminary information, the fight between Fury and Whyte should take place in April this year, just when the rematch between Usyk and former world champion Anthony Joshua is scheduled.
